PREPPERS CHECKLIST This Prepppers Checklist is a list of functions, or capabilities that you need to provide for in each of the survival categories, especially if you’re a beginner at prepping. Unlike other preppers checklists, this checklist isn’t a shopping list of items that you need to get or put into a kit. It does […]
Potatoes are a staple in our house. This year I am growing purple potatoes, which look really great, but I am not sure how purple potatoes taste. Anyway, I linked to the article on a Wormman.blog post here.
Most Millennials can’t swim in open water, tie Boy Scout knots or use paper maps. I am 49 and I still haven’t figured out when I am going to use the Algebra that I learned in high school. Learn to grow vegetables, preserve food, negotiate, make friends, barter, sell and repair things. That’s the way […]
Infowars.com is reporting that the people on the political left wing are prepping, when this was usually something people on the right did. Smart people prepare for bad things. That is why people have generators, snowblowers, health insurance, life insurance, savings accounts and auto insurance. Prepping is insurance. People used to grow their own food, […]
I will continue to buy the products on this list because I am too lazy to make these items for everyday use, but I will try my hand at making them all in order to learn a new skill. It might be a good idea to learn the skills by making some of the products […]
A NASA Scientist is warning Earthlings that they are “woefully unprepared” for a surprise asteroid strike. I would like to add that, if the asteroid is big enough, even the best preppers will not be able to prepare for the outcome of that impact. https://www.theguardian.com/science/2016/dec/13/space-asteroid-comet-nasa-rocket

The Palestinians have warned the U.S. that moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem would destroy the peace process. The Trump administration has stated that moving the embassy to Jerusalem is a top priority. I would love to know what peace process we are talking about. There is no peace in the MiddleEast. There are two […]
This can’t be good. If that volcano erupts, we can kiss the internet, cell phones and Amazon.com goodbye. We will be knocked back 5000 years or knocked into extinction. Of course, perhaps I am being slightly melodramatic. http://www.newsweek.com/yellowstone-supervolcano-earthquake-swarm-eruption-risk-627189
The can was kicked down the road in 2008. Bubbles were created. The auto industry is rife with bad lending practices, and now the new budget proposal was released, which will cut entitlement programs. The ripples will be felt in retail, banking and other industries. We are still broken. Demand the fix.
What will this do to government bonds? What will this do to municipal bonds? The slow trickle has started. First the cities, and now a state, and soon many more will follow. Debt is not the way to prosperity!
